"I have used the service of Fast Auto Loan from time to time, especially the branch at West Arbor Vitae Street. In my opinion, this place is one of the best to get a payday loan in Inglewood area, while they are also offering title loan and check cashing services. My experiences with them so far have been really good, as they've proven time to time again with their quick, friendly, and helpful customer service and interesting products.
I was first introduced to them by a family friend. I was having a bit of a financial difficulty and was looking for a loan option. My credit score was really bad back then, so getting a conventional loan was simply not an option, and I was really desperate for the money. A friend suggested taking a title loan from Fast Auto Loan since I still have a functional truck. I was a bit reluctant at first, knowing that I will be charged with an outrageous interest rate. Yet, with no other options, I decided to give it a try.
Because it was my first time taking such loans, I was obviously a bit nervous. Thankfully, the lady clerk who handled me was very friendly. She understood my situation really well. Well, maybe my story was common in a place like this after all. She explained the process very patiently, including several payment options I could get. I was a bit disappointed at first since I was only approved for $1,500, while initially, they offered $1,800 when I gave them a call. However, I took the loan either way, since as I've mentioned, I was desperate.
I was surprised when she told me about the interest rate. Well, it was still a bit high, but it was honestly lower than I had expected. All in all, it was a very good deal. I was honestly surprised with how easy the process was, and how friendly the employees. That loan was paid without any problem, thankfully, and I also took their payday loan service from time to time, after that. One time I was having some issues so I will be late with a payment. I was again surprised by how civilized they were in handling the situation. They gave me a week of leniency just to get back on my feet, without any extra interest or late charges. Awesome! I mean, I think it's a rarity for payday loan companies to give such treatments to their customers. Most stories I've heard were rude and harassing collection services, and other horror stories.
All in all, although I won't advise for taking too many payday loans, Fast Auto Loan is simply one of the best options in the area. They were fast, friendly, helpful, and treated everyone with respect. I will definitely recommend the service of Fast Auto Loan to anyone. If you are looking for an answer for your financial situations, they will certainly help you."
