"I have used the service of ACE Cash Express from time to time for this past decade. I mainly use the branch at East Lucas Drive because it is located on my way back from work, so I often use this branch to cash out my paychecks. They are located in a fairly strategic place too, and it's easy to park your car nearby so it's definitely a plus, especially if you are in a hurry before their closing time after work.
I liked how they always kept the place tidy and clean, and how everyone was always all smiles and friendly when you come visit. They always work very fast, and I rarely spent more than 15-minutes to get my needs done, including a bit of queuing. Regarding their check cashing, they have a very decent fee, so I will definitely recommend them. I also use their service to send money (Western Union) from time to time, for my son who lives in another state. For that service, they were also always very fast and the fee was always affordable, even for quite a big amount.
Well, a few years back, around 5 years ago, I was having some financial difficulties. Since I was already a loyal customer of ACE Cash Service, I decided to give their payday loan or auto title loan products a try. I was initially afraid to take the loan since I kept hearing horror stories about how payday loans interest rates can kill you. Yet, I was desperate, so what can I do? I was surprised when I asked them about the payday loan that the rate was lower than what I thought it would be. Well, it's still quite high, but it was better compared to other payday loan companies in the area since I did a bit of browsing for their rates beforehand.
I also liked how the clerk lady explained everything clearly, as I asked a lot of things due to my nervousness about the loan. In the end, I got the loan in a fairly quick manner, and I got no problem after that. I took several other loans after that one until my financial situation bounced back, and I'll be glad to inform that they are not crooked with their loan services, and won't charge you hidden fees and ridiculous rates. I would not advise for taking payday loans unless it is an emergency. However, if that's the case, ACE Cash Express is definitely a trustworthy and reliable option.
In short, I really loved how they were always friendly with their customers, very professional, fast, and were always willing to be helpful. They provide excellent products and services with very decent price, and they have a very nice place with decent parking space.
