"Fidelity investments is one of the most successful multinational financial services corporation in United States. Its main objective is to tailor financial services, financial planning services and investment advice to clients in the most efficient way possible. Apart from that, the firm also tenders portfolio management, investing services among others. Over the years, this firm has distinguished itself as a reputable financial company. It has continuously scaled the heights of success by giving customers and clients an opportunity to partner with them in their financial endeavors.
My perspective of services tendered by Fidelity investments
1. Favorable working hours
I was impressed by the fact that this financial company operates from 8:00am-7:00pm starting from Monday to Saturday. I was not only able to get financial advice but also got it at a time when I lest expected it-at night. In other cases, I have to worry about getting to the organization before dusk as if I do so I will find it closed. This was a whole new wonderful experience for me knowing that I could access services regardless of whether it is during the day or night even on a weekend when most firms close very early.
Also, short-term loans (payday loans up to $1k) are available 24/7 at "24Biz".
2. Very objective in dealing with customers
When I decided to seek the services of Fidelity investments, I was skeptical that they would not have my interests at heart. However, they proved me wrong. They clearly demonstrated that they would not do side business such as marketing investment products to get monetary gains but solely concentrated on conducting business with me with utmost objectivity.
3. Offer value for a client’s money
I learnt that at this financial company, customer satisfaction is one of their core guiding principles. In contrast to other financial companies that are focused on creating a client’s portfolio based on cash and bonds which is heavily depend on the prevailing market conditions, this company has a unique strategy for generating money for a client, reducing expenses involved and ensuring a client does not bear the negative effects of a poor market.
Lastly, this financial company has really enlightened individuals on how best to invest and manage the finances they have. It does not matter if you have just a few dollars or a million dollars. Fidelity investments will definitely have a worthy financial gift for every customer who seeks their services. Nonetheless, it is crucial for the company to engage customers more by conducting regular customer surveys to know exactly their specific needs and how best to address them."
