Real review of "Guardian Finance Co" in Dayton, OH!

"What can I say, I went on to trust Guardian Finance in Dayton Ohio owing to their big promises, but little did I know that they would fall flat on their face. My finance also promised me an affordable repayment schedule after talking to the manager but I don’t know how much truth is there to the verbal transaction. I tried a lot of finance companies before to mixed success but have never experienced such discord in professionalism ever in my life. Needless to say I am little more than just disappointed because almost none of the promises were kept.
Every time I called up the manager, a person would answer the phone and hand it over to a different person before eventually telling me off that the manager was not present. Take note that this was happening after I had agreed to send out my papers and the policy was more than just in place. The broker I was assigned to was probably dishonest because he didn’t make any effort to carry out any of the instructions I gave. I specifically asked him not to give any money till we had the proof of agreement but he went ahead and did so anyway.
It has been almost 2 months since we agreed and I’m yet to find a letter in my doorstep. Every time I inquire about this incidence, they claim that they have sent the letter out twice and might have gotten lost over the mailing procedures. What kind of a grown-up person can you imagine would buy into this kind of bullshit? Excuse the foul language, but I am really disgusted by the way things have turned out for me with this company. The truck I wanted to sell was before all of this happened, but now owing to my financial circumstances, I am being unable to get the title.
This is totally unacceptable and on some of my further research on the company, I found that I’m not the only person dealing with the failures. If you’re looking for a finance company, trust anyone in Dayton Ohio but not a Guardian Finance. Take an example out of the pages out of my book and stay clear of this service until you find a reputable one willing to live up to their promises. I would not recommend this company to my enemy, let alone to anyone belonging to my friends circle or even extended family."
