"I was at my wit’s end when I first stumbled across TopFlight Insurance Services in Modesto. My friend referred me here after I told her about the troubles I was facing with my old insurance company. I had been trying to untangle myself from the endless mess of red tape that was stopping me from successfully contacting my insurance company about the problems I was having. Needless to say, I wasn’t 100% confident when I first went to TopFlight, and after my negative experiences with other companies, I really wasn’t expecting much.
I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Ashur Karim greeted me pleasantly and was super friendly, and he was patient with me throughout the whole time I was there. He was able to strike the balance between personalized service and professionalism, which made a good impression from the get go.
I couldn’t quite believe my ears when I first heard about the rates being offered. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say the rates are basically the lowest you can get in the area. It helped, too, that I really knew what I was getting into, because everything was explained to me in detail and in such a way that I understood everything that was happening. Ashur has such a great range of knowledge regarding the insurance industry. He was able to answer all of my questions in a straightforward manner. I’ve never felt as though an insurance agent was completely honest with me up until today. That sort of transparency was a breath of fresh air after I’d spent ages dealing with all the trouble my old insurance company was giving me.
Everything was done in a flash. Usually, it takes me ages to get something like a good insurance plan set up. Ashur made everything work within half an hour. I walked into the office exhausted and frazzled and exited it feeling happy and assured. It literally took 30 minutes for my problems to be completely solved.
When I introduced this company to my sister, she was actually able to get everything set up over the phone and through email without ever having to set foot in the actual office itself.
