"I was first introduced to Today Lending by my real estate agent, I just moved to Tulsa looking for a new house because I got a new, decent job here. With no knowledge of my mortgage lender options in Tulsa, I followed my agent's advice without questions.
I also applied to several major banks, to broaden my options so I can choose whoever gave me the best deal. I gave Today Lending a call and was greeted with kindness and care when I visited their office at South Peoria Avenue. Chris at today lending handled my case really fast, and I was pre-approved the next Monday. On the other hand, I hadn't even heard anything from the major banks. Just so I can compare my options, I decided to wait for the major banks whether my loan will be approved and whether they will give me better rates.
Surprise, surprise, not only Today lending was absolutely faster (I only got a call back from one of the major banks after 2 weeks), their rate was also better. I decided to go with Today Lending because of those reasons, and I didn't regret it ever since. Any questions I asked were answered in a rapid manner and in the most helpful way possible. Ms. Kelly even stayed up late to work from home to make sure my deal was closed ASAP. I can honestly say this is my best house buying experience ever.
Their advice and directions were also useful and didn't lead to confusions I often had from my previous mortgage lenders back in Orlando. The application process was very simple and straightforward without complicating things. After I put an offer in the house, the deal was closed in less than 30 days, and during the closing process, I often received courtesy phone calls just to check on me, which are maybe not much but shown their integrity to their job and customers. I was honestly awed. After I closed, he again gave me a call just to congratulate and check on me. It was a simple yet very precious gesture. What other lenders do that?
During my loan with them, I never really got any trouble. In fact, they helped me with some leniencies when I had to be late with one or two payments because of some difficulties. I kind of expected the worst, at least some late fees, but they allowed me to be late for 2 whole weeks without any penalty, on both occasions. Awesome! Not only they are very fast and always did a good job, they are also very understanding and kind hearted, which is very rare in this lending business.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my community and friend, in fact, I referred their service for some friends, and they are all also satisfied with their service. One of the best customer cares in the business, without any doubt, excellent work to close my deal, and very pleasant experience overall."
