Real review of "Money Mart" in Honolulu, HI!

"I learnt about Money Mart Honolulu, HI from a friend and when I need arose to get a quick loan, I decided to give them a try. I have been a victim of scam loan providers and some really poor services in Honolulu, HI and was hoping for the best from this guys. My friend had talked positively about them and I was confident that the loan request was going to be successful. Turns out trusting this guys was the worst financial mistake I ever made.
First of all, all the applications for loans are made online. I don’t know whether they fixed it but their site was really a mess when I made my application. The features were crammed together and navigating it to the exact application form took me more than half an hour. To seek help and avoid making mistakes, I gave one of their customer service members a call and I was not amazed by the way she handled me. She seemed too busy to attend to me and kept talking to someone else while we were on phone. The only helpful piece of information she gave me was that my credit score needed to be good to qualify for a loan; mind you this is an obvious requirement that I was already aware of. Because I really needed that $1000 loan to purchase that car, I had to put up with the poor service and extremely messy website and managed to apply for the loan.
Credit to them, the money reflected in my account after a few hours but almost immediately I received multiple emails reminding me to pay the loan in the next 24 hours. Wow! So just hours into receiving my loan, I was supposed to repay the cash with some interest?

I called the customer service lady again and as expected she was of little help. She told me to repay the loan as instructed or risk tainting my credit score. Turns out I had applied for a payday loan and being end month the emails were automated to go to all the defaulters in the system. I just wish I hadn’t learnt about these guys here in Honolulu, HI. I ended up paying the money with some interest and didn’t manage to buy the much coveted car. Had the customer service lady been more willing to help, things would have been much better. Worst financial service i ever received! This was 7 months ago but i still am livid about these guys."
