Real review of "Credit Central Inc" in Knoxville, TN!

"I have taken several loans from Credit Cental before. The branch at East Magnolia Avenue was located just around the corner, so when I was in a pickle, they are always the closest option for me.
I was never late with my payments with them, in fact, sometimes I paid off early. Also, they will try as hard as they can to stop you from paying early and even will beg you not to sometimes. I mean, I understood that the interests paid their salary, but it was really unprofessional not to allow customers to pay their loans early. It was such a big red flag for me, and one time they really made a hassle of me paying early, and I was just about to decide not doing business with them anymore. I wished I kept that decision.
Long story short, last month I had a financial emergency, and would need a short-term loan. Still pissed about how they always prevented me from paying early, I tried to avoid them and applied loans to other banks and lenders. However, it was to no avail, since my credit score was terrible, so in the end, I needed to go back to Credit Central. I really promised myself that it would definitely be the one very last time.
So I got the loan of $1,300, which was the amount I needed, and I was relieved for a while. However, when I visited them to pay the installment, they closed up early at 5 PM, while the store hours clearly said they are open from 8am to 5:30 PM. A clerk lady was just about to close the office when I arrived, and I politely asked her to receive my payment, as it was exactly my due date. It was, admittedly, my fault not to pay earlier. However, I just got the money that day, and paying earlier was simply not an option.
Worse, this lady handled me several times before and I was always polite to her, but she replied in a rude manner that everything was shut down, and she couldn't accept my payment. She was extremely rude although I asked her extremely politely, so I confronted her that they should close in another half an hour. Again, she rudely dismissed my request, and as a result, I was charged with a late fee!
The day after I asked to meet the manager to complain, but the manager also dismissed my complaint and pretty much wasn't going to do anything about it. After I argued really hard, he said that he would bring this issue to his 'manager'. Hello? I thought he was the manager?
All in all, they are very unprofessional, and I will simply keep my promise from now on not to use their service anymore. Not only they have bad customer service, always nagging about you paying early, their interest rate is outrageous. If you are thinking about doing business with Credit Central, please, stay away as far as you can."
